      Experience in large company is great! Useful ERP systems such as Oracle and Business Objects. Health benefits are OK. Work life balance is good.

      Cons

      Management seems to struggle. Daily duties can become redundant and boring.

      It is a team driven company. I had access to all levels of the company and my opinion mattered. They truly want to tailor the products to fit the customers needs.

      Cons

      Lots of travel but nothing super unreasonable. It was part of the job!
