Pros

I received a very strong foundation in product development while at this job. Working with overseas and my sales team counterparts also was helpful for future opportunities.

Cons

Although a public company, this company is run like a mom and pop private company. The benefits are lack luster and management is not strong. I had one of my worse experiences in all of my career at this company. My boss was terrible to me and all of my co workers and after years of complaints, she we finally let go.

Co-workers are like family, everyone is friendly. They are flexible about work hours as long as the work gets done and you do a great job. Both differ depending on what department you work in.

Cons

Upper management is the companies own worst enemy. Every opportunity to change is too little, too late. Creativity is very minimal. Compensation is much lower than the national average, many years without any bonuses for most of the company. Shaky future for the company.
