      Great experience working on product Learn to do multiple product functions My team itself was amazing

      Old school style of management VERY clear management pay gap Not competitive with pay Questionable CEO leadership My product team was wonderful, I loved them. But the workload combined with below average pay made it very hard to stay. The company has been clear that they would rather invest in things like upper level management, and the metaverse. Product creation teams remain the lowest paid and promoted in the company. Turnover is high. It is a great platform to start your career, but do not let yourself get stepped on.
