      Pros

      Those who work at Persistent seem, wonderfully, to share these traits: they're smart, they're easy to work with, hard-working, devoted to the goals of the company, possessed of good ethics and morals . . . When you're surrounded by devoted colleagues, working hard is both easier and more rewarding.

      Cons

      Space constraints. Persistent has grown so fast that it's outgrown it's current headquarters. Upgrading the physical plant in NYC will be a great boon to the company. The current headquarters is sub-optimal.

      Pros

      Great company, great environment, great people - but these are the things you experience only at the New York office.

      Cons

      There are many teams spread throughout and they are each ran without much supervision. This leads to problems that the company is unaware of. Such as creating hostile work environments and violating EEO's.
