      Pros

      Small company, everybody is friendly and the waverelay is really growing. Friendly environment where you can learn a lot going from cable design, case design, and also they give you the opportunity to be involve with the engineering dept.

      Cons

      Benefits can be better, and sometimes can be a lack of communication of between departments. There is no too much space to grow since the company is fairly new
