      Great company culture, love the people here. Lots of hard working people driven by the mission. Meaningful work. You can make a difference. Career development (improving). HR building it out. Great pay and annual bonuses

      Cons

      Some growing pains as company grows. Career growth not always apparent but communication about it improving. Sometimes teams are understaffed but company is hiring many positions all the time.

      Good company benefits. Good location.

      Cons

      A bigoted frat house. A white nationalist company, complete with racist takedowns. If you are an arrogant gum-popping bigot, it's the company for you. Having a relevant degree is no substitute for being someone's friend. Extreme cronyism. You'll stand a good chance of having to compete for a promotion with an empty suit crony, and you will likely lose. They cycle minorities in just to satisfy EEOC requirements.
