      Pros

      Good Employee benefits. Management keep you updated with events happening in company. Training for onsite team members. Organizes get-together for employee and their family.

      Cons

      Low package. package are lower than Wipro, TCS etc, Few or limited Onsite Projects. Keep resource in bench for 15 days only. If they don't have project they will send resource to INDIA. HR department is worst at onsite. They will hardly reply the mail. Most of the project are support project.

      Exposure to multiple domains and technologies in a short span. Great customer interaction opportunities to learn from many experts and to offer expertise in their surrounding areas. Appreciate the values provided by a consulting firm.

      Cons

      Job requires a lot of travel and often doesn't end up in a deal thus leading to certain amount of dissatisfaction.
