Pros

Good technical people around. Good help from seniors. You can get actual development work even if you are a fresher. Lots of trainings provided. Overall good experience.

Cons

Poor management. Resource management is worst.

Pros

Working enviornment as well as colleagues are really very enthusiastic. Provides chance for further learning through the trainings they provide in the field of our interest. Even, they encourage employees to go for post graduation, as they themselves provide us with facilities for pursuing MS with faculties to teach from BITS. Overall, there one gets opportunity to discover their interests and enhance them.

Cons

As a fresher yet unknown. But, if possible they could increase the increement provided at present so that working on some innovative approaches could be much more desirable on the part of employees.

Pros

- provides work life balance - cafeteria - lunch & snacks facility is good - real estate and infrastructure is good

Cons

- not many .net projects ( I stayed for 4 years, and was asked 3 times to change track) - RM and HR department dont do their basic job i.e. addressing employee grievance - communication gap between RM, HR, project management - very low onsite opportunities (for .net - negligible). Getting a .net project itself is a challenge. forget onsite. - post IPO, they are addressing issues of only shareholders and neglecting employees - slow progress of the company itself. It is total strength of 6000 employees (2011) even after 20 years of their establishment. compare it with companies like cognizant. - If you are on .net track, I strongly suggest to resist persistent systems. However, there are number of java projects. You can go for java track.
