      1. Technology wise you get a complete pack of good things. 2. People here are really helpful. 3. Work time flexibility is an advantage. 4. You won't be asked to relocate if doing good in current project.

      Cons

      1. Appraisal here is a mess. 2. People are not rated on their performance but face. 3. Administration and company level decisions are always shocking. 4. Few employees are completely loaded and many are free for most of the times.

      1) Good response from team and manager in initial days 2) Learning for fresheres

      Cons

      1) Mid manager acting as BOSS 2) Lots of favoritism 3) Appraisal system is not transparent , you will get promotion if you will butter up your boss :) 4) No on site opportunity 5) Lots of politics around
