Pros

1) Very good company for freshers. They will learn a lot of technicals. 2) Administration is good. 3) The location of company at SB road in Pune and opp to sharada center is very good. 4) Employee friendly company and HR policies. 5) Flexi work policies. You have to complete the 45 hrs a week. But if do not complete then you can manage with the aid of managers. 6) Facilities like lunch, snacks at 4 are too good. 7) For laterals also will get some good work. 8) As the work loc as of #3 is good and flexi HR and attendance policies as of #5 the employees can manage a good work life balance. 9) You will definitely get some good friends, colleages and mentors.

Cons

1) Not a big brand. 2) Salaries are of medium scale and can be the concern for many employees. 3) No proper appreciation for work. Even there is politics in appreciating the work. 4) There is no clear business strategy. Just depends on outsourcing from US companies. 5) There are as such no projects on domains like banking and financial services. 6) The size of projects is not big so laterals do not get much to learn and do RND in the project. 7) Lots of dependency on big techy US clients like IBM, Microsoft, Yahoo etc 8) The company do not have its own products, though they are trying hard for this, not a big result still. 9) Company do not have domain or business experties. 10) Promotions salary hikes and grades are totally baised. The company gives such things to mainly marathi people and also mainly to marathi brahmin people. So its a big concern for all other employees. Company has lost many people because of big religious politics in the company. 11) Definitely a good company for freshers but still they have to leave the company after 2-3 years if there are no promotions. 12) People, managers leaders do scold the employees sometimes like anything. Might be in front of 50 employees. 13) There is lots of politics in groups such as MTP group in Persistent. i.e. Microsoft Tech. Practices. 14) Not a good company for laterals as they might not learn much of technicals and domain experties like Finance. 15) Also there are no onsite opportunities at all so people who are thinking of good onsite opportunities should forget about this company. 16) The company do not have good profit margins as billing rate is too low as compared to other companies. So it can be the concern for long run because company do not have much cash though they tell that they have good cash. 17) The projects have much (not needed) processes which kill the employees as it does not add any skill or value in employee. Also you do not learn any technicals in these processes.
