Business Outlook
Pros
Interesting projects, exposure to different technologies, platform, domains. Am able to learn a lot of new and interesting things that would be difficult to do in many other companies. Able to have some flexibility to work on things you want and those that interest you.
Cons
Lack of continuity, lack of good mentoring, lack of good senior technical and managerial persons. Would like to see more direction, vision, and confidence in future plans. Very dependent on state of the US market and trends in outsourcing in the US.
