      Pros

      Some incredible work comes out of the delivery teams. They are kind, hard-working, and strive to provide value to clients.

      Cons

      Upper/executive management talks about taking care of the customer, but behind closed doors it is cutthroat and purely about the bottom line, no matter what it takes. They want to get to $2B within three years and you either produce or get fired. I have found it to also be the most non-diverse company I've worked at and misogynistic across the board.

      Pros

      None. Best case scenario, you're product is acquired and you stay long enough for the signing bonus and then immediately bounce.

      Cons

      Benefits suck. Communication is very trying. Do not expect HR to be on your side for anything. Your work will not be appreciated even if your work brings in hundreds of millions of dollars.
