      No positives. Very disappointing and toxic workplace culture.

      Cons

      This place is full of toxic people - all the way from the top. No coherant strategy for growth, poor execution. No transparency, communication is non-existent. Dog eat dog culture. Stay away from this company.

      Pros

      Growing company, good name in market led by recent acquisitions. Good for Indian folks or freshers Founder and new CEO are amazing people who have their own brand and following in the tech Industry. High regards the Founder especially.

      Cons

      Few of the old time leaders are greedy and toxic, Delivery team will put you under the bus to save their job, Work culture and diversity is an issue with no respect to local US folks. They need some cultural training before doing business in US. Sales team and local US tech consultants are very much vulnerable and have 1-2 years for span as they experiment with hiring seasoned folks but now real engineering capabilities to sustain enterprise deals. Lof their projects are getting over soon.

      Hated my time there, only "joined" due to an acquisition. I shouldn't of waited to get the retention bonus

      Cons

      They'll throw you on projects where you don't have any experience with the programming languages used. Minimal support, but lots of platitudes
