      Completely unorganized and run ad-hoc, extreme hierarchy. Team players should stay away from this company.

      Pros

      1) Good food, if you are a pure vegetarian. 2) Good projects for freshers. 3) Well-known company in Maharastra. So, if you happen work in Pune/Nagpur, you can enjoy the region-based benefits. 4) Nice top-level management.

      Cons

      1) Poor work culture. No clear roadmaps, but lots of hypes. 2) Competent lower and higher hierarchy workers but incompetent middle level management. It sucks you know. 3) Just forget about abroad dreams or opportunities if any. 4) Mostly maintenance projects. Good ones are a few, lucky if you get into one. 5) Bleak future prospects for experienced folks. 6) A religious-oriented organization. Usage of some colors, names, preferences, etc would expose that. 7) One can sense the nativity-based politics sooner - the reason why the organization is not well-known/grown is national/international arenas considering its time-line. 8) Centers like the one in Bengaluru has poor growth since its inception. No clear strategies.
