      COMMUNICATION! Massively difficult to communicate with persistent. Often requests are ignored completely. If not ignored, communication takes a long time and requires a lot of simplification.

      Pros

      Persistent is an organization going through significant change as it adjusts to changing requirements for it's services and works towards moving more sales to products. This includes expanding it's sales force, figuring out product management, and all of the other changes that such changes require. Their employees are kind, polite, and very hard workers.

      Cons

      Very political and tend to still follow the typical SI role structure with very few members with deep experience working to lead/train a much less experienced work force.

      Pros

      If you like a place where there is little direction, and management is oblivious to the day to day operations, this is a great place.

      Cons

      Unorganized. Sends paperwork late. It is May 9th, and just got tax paperwork when taxes are due April 14th. Unaware of who to put my 2wks notice into, as I didn't even know who my direct report was.
