Pros

The only thing I think of is that training at Persistent University is very good

Cons

1) Glorified body shoppers 2) HR people mistreat contractors very extremely (not sure about their employees) 3) Always looking for opportunity to replace their US workers with much cheaper Indian counterparts 4) Incredibly poor and unethical management system

Pros

you wont have to put in the effort to find a job

Cons

the job you get will be under paid. They will not give you your first pay check for over 1 month. Last paycheck was more than a month and a half after the previous pay check (Was getting paid every 2 weeks consistently until the last paycheck was due) Very Very unprofessional, When I told them that it was unprofessional to do the things they were doing I got a lecture about how they are professional, while speaking over me and interupting me. Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy fighting to get paid for hours you already worked and getting laid off for the dumbest reason you ever have heard -- "you asked to get hired in permanently too much"

Not employee or customer centric

Pros

Good place for engineers to work at as they focus on technology. Pockets of good people that work as a team and value your view.

Cons

Executive management does not listen to their employees or their customers, only interested in their "view". They do not pay well and make it next to impossible to get your bonus money.
