Didnt find any relevant positive things.

Cons

Freshers are expected to perform at the level of experienced professionals from the start, with minimal training or guidance. The workload and expectations create significant stress and poor work-life balance. Even consistent performance ratings marked as “good” for nearly a year did not ensure job security, as termination came unexpectedly. Dedication and extra effort, including not taking festival leave, did not appear to be valued. Freshers should carefully evaluate management expectations before joining.
