You go thru all the process of being an employee and never hear back from them. They don't care enough about finding a great fit for you with a company. You are just a number. They sent me several times to potential employers that didn't match my background.
When I signed up to personnel partners, I was apprehensive, but I was treated with respect and they found me a job quickly.

You are not sure if your job will become permanent or if you will need to move to other temporary jobs. Also, working at an office can have lots of drama.
