Pros
-amazing autonomy over my position -direct input into marketing plan and company policies -set hours (which for the staffing industry is unheard of) -constant, clear, constructive communication from every employee -constant recognition for achievement -very competitive pay and compensation -the company treats you more like a member of a family than an employee
Cons
-very small staff, means virtually no opportunity for promotion unless the one person above you leaves -no healthcare -having to share office space
