I appreciate the open-hall working system of the Management at all levels. This I experienced first time in Maruti Udyog Limited. This culture was brought to India by Japanese first time. This gives a feeling of fellowship rather than Boss and Subordinate.

Cons

Though this is really an appreciable system but it should not be allowed to become a place of Gossip.

We can learn many things from the compnay

Cons

Main Part is they want you work more time but they are not willing to pay extra to you. For night shift people they wont spent a single penny no cab.no food and not even you guys will get a coffee.

1. The work atmosphere is such that one looks forward to go to office and work earnestly everyday. 2. Seniors are very helpful and encouraging. 3. There is no rigidity with respect to Hierarchy. Each and every Employee irrespective of their positions, is very much approachable.
