"My rendezvous with Pervacio began six years ago after meeting its Founder & CEO Mr.Sanjay Kanoida through a common friend who happens to be my tennis partner for several years, I am one of the earliest to join in India office experiencing his encouragement, drive, boundless energy and vision has always helped me to stay motivated, enthused and inspired even today just as much now as when I first started. The company has been like a family to me and I coined the word Pervacians some five years back to address all my colleagues. I am a passionate worker and like coming in to work every day, and I am friendly with all the people I work with and also feel all that my colleagues are also the same with me. The freedom at work, transparency, team work, value innovation, flexible timings and supportive management team is just awesome. The freedom to prayer & meditation which I do, recreational facilities, games to distress are a big high light. My learning curve has gone up sharply not only from my functional area but got good exposure and insights into several cross functional areas in a software product development engineering company. The opportunity to work in such a diverse talented group is just invaluable, because every one of us in the company is a sort of specialist in his own way.
Pervacio has given me lots of job satisfaction and determination to me to help grow Pervacio. During this six years period we have grown by leaps and bounds from the resources perspective as well as revenues and for the past four years my company is cash flows positive, newer products are being added, & these products deployed in several countries and the ethical, principled direction from our CEO is worth noting.
Being able to use my several strengths, skills, languages, contacts in the industry, travel and meeting top notch clients, makes the job worthwhile. I take pride and I am proud to be part of this rapidly growing Pervacio family and do my bit to the best of my ability .This really is the most vibrant environment I have ever worked .Our CEO treats us all with respect, treats us as a team and manages as such .The patience from the level, stature of him is just legendary.

Growing at over whelming pace its becoming difficult to wish less than one fifth people by their name .Growing fast its hard to know everyone .
If some one is not a passionate worker and get his/her personal job satisfaction from his domain knowledge or experience then this is not the place .
