Positive atmosphere and intelligent, hardworking people. Good feedback from supervisors and recognition for hard work.

Cons

Nothing as such, overall a great company and I will recommend anyone who is willing to make a career to come here

As a fresher i think its the best place to work with and to gain lots of knowledge. it is a place where just work is given and you complete its about learning from the core and experience the best to come.

Cons

There is a communication gap in the people as each person have different mindset so that why work get delayed. This has to be removed and knowledge transfer should be increased.

Pervacio Is a best place to with , Its been years i m working here with out complains . It gives us the freedom to think and implement new ideas . A very good work culture and Excellent Team work.

Cons

A little communication gap between Senior Management and employees which some times may lead to misunderstandings .
