friendly atmosphere no difference in levels within the higher management

I've been working at Pervacio for almost 2 years now. I'm amazed with the tremendous growth in the company. I can say these two years of journey is nothing less than exciting in every aspect. Be in terms of amount of technical knowledge you gain, the kind of advanced products you work on, the work culture, and the most important thing is the people, you wont feel like working when you have supporting and encouraging people around you.. that's how you are surrounded here.. Managers here are very encouraging and friendly, you can go with any query and they will help you and make you feel comfortable. The Engineering Director and Product Directors who I look up to, and are very inspiring in terms of technical abilities and their approach towards product development. Pervacio Management is always supportive in terms of employee needs. I hardly find any negatives for Pervacio, Final words.. Its like, you are travelling in a bullet train called Pervacio, where you grow in your carrier with same pace throughout the journey along with PERVACIO!!
