The most amazing part of this company is open and free work culture. Stable salaries and good work exposure.

Pros

The work environment is good, the interpersonal relationships are good! Here every employee gets equal treatment irrespective of their position! Work here is exciting, here everyone are like friends! This company is just like college with grown up students!

Cons

Salaries are very low! Salaries are not given on time! Canteen is poor!

We have bounced back

Pros

Pervacio did go through tough time, but has bounced back with much more energy and much bigger customer base. During tough time, the company was standing with each and every employee and employees were given their dream opportunities to showcase their capabilities. It has matured us multi-fold and made us strong. To get such opportunities, generally, employees struggle in other companies. We are ready to conquer the world.

We have learned from our mistakes and fixed it.

Wow, what can we say? It is truly wonderful that you recognise how much the company put into supporting its employees during the initial years of growth. I’m not sure if we made mistakes but we certainly learnt to run as soon as we possibly could after our formation and then went at a substantial pace to get where we are today. Hold tight, though, because the journey upwards is far from over!
