Pros

I have been working at Pervacio full-time (more than a one and half years) A lot of learning opportunity, Work-Life balance, Friendly environment. Employees are helpful and good nature Flexible timings, work from home.

Great Place to work and explore new implementations in mobile and Java technologies. Huge scope to learn and to implementation on Robotics communication and implementation. Someone who looks for a challenging experience, Pervacio is an wonderful platform to do so...

Cons

As it is a growing company need to implement certain process that would help in easy execution.

Pervacio Is a best place to with , Its been years i m working here with out complains . It gives us the freedom to think and implement new ideas . A very good work culture and Excellent Team work.

Cons

A little communication gap between Senior Management and employees which some times may lead to misunderstandings .
