Cons
Huge focuses of upper management in the last few years have had no effect on sales or increased foot traffic in stores across all markets. Many existing stores are in dire need of updating. Combine this with a large labor hours reduction and the company had lost its rudder. Of course the bulk of issues are being blamed on stores. This is resulting in huge long term talent losses. So sad. Read the management reviews here before you decide if this is where you want to put your talents.
