Senior Leadership throws spaghetti st the walls to see what sticks. Too many high standards and nit enough resources for Store Leaders to execute . Company is not adapting to competition quickly enough.

Management does not really care about the animals. They are simply profit to them. They do not approve of employees caring about more than their food and water. It's heartbreaking. Also, The company as a whole only believes in adoption for cats and dogs, but buys and sells the small animals from mass breeders who ship them in boxes like freight. They claim to have vets monitoring the breeders, but the animals often come to us sick.
