Company does't care about you. Petsmart wants to save money so they did not offer full time employment, because if they did they would have to pay for employee benefits. so everyone but Managers are part time. then because its part time, you wont be able to make enough money to support yourself so you will inevitably nee to get a second job but Petsmart makes it very difficult to schedule your second job as everything needs to be planned around the Petsmart world.

Working with aggressive dogs. Even though you are allowed to refuse the manager will still accept them. Corporate cut bather hours so you can only work 20 hours a week but around the holidays they will work you as much as they want. Bathers are expected to deliver more than the groomers but don't make any kind of commission. You only get 10 cents a raise. Don't expect much when it comes to getting paid. If you love drama this is the place for you. Even if you just wanted this for a part time job while your in school look else where. Especially if your doing it on your own. This job won't cover anything but your gas. They will push you to become a groomer but its just because managers make a bonus off of you.
