      Pros

      Insurance was decent. Paid time off was decent. For full time, that is. Met some great co-workers that I still remain good friends with. I wish there were more pros.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Training was inefficient. Made you feel guilty for taking time off. Overall deceiving and non-sympathetic towards employees and animals.

      Pros

      Employees love pets and usually love what they do. Discount on items and good benefits IF you're lucky enough to get full time.

      Cons

      Almost impossible to get full time. Policies and structure changed so drastically over last five to six years that it's a dead end. If you are promoted to full time or a management position, you're left with a huge work load, high expectations, and not a lot of help. However, I did usually receive a lot of support from district and field leaders, even though most days you could feel their frustration as well.
