This company has been in a constant decline since 2011. Poor decisions trickle down from the top constantly and animal vendors are subpar. The training has always been more like throwing you into the fire than actual training. Restructuring has led to lay offs and former full time management positions being cut to part time. Most worthwhile employees have left for better companies, and terrible employees never get fired. There is zero care/concern for employees.

Company manages its operations by constantly switching priorities, their customer service facing does not align with their customer traffic, store square footage and corporate expectation for customer service. Company manages by reacting to critical issues constantly.
