Atrocious allocation of labor hours. Increased tasks, despite "task elimination" policies. Medicore training of new hires because the company doesn't provide the hours necessary. Unrealistic expectations given the circumstances. For example, the company will assign the store a mandatory task requiring 2 associates and 3 hours for completion, yet the company only allows scheduling of 1 labor hour. You do the math. 7 billion dollar industry with poor quality products. The quality of life as an employee is abysmal. It's not about the animals or the family, it's ALL about profit. Short-staffed
