      Not bad company to work for but management makes or breaks a store

      Money was good When you have a good manager it's wonderful I made friends there that are lifelong

      Cons

      Obviously drama from working with younger people just entering retail When you have a bad manager, it can destroy any positives that were there

      good times if you have the right coworkers lots of money guaranteed work

      Cons

      management is always hostile even the higher ups - very hard to reason with overworked - definitely burn out easily doing 6 dogs a day in such little time petsmarts "Reputation" when it comes to news and public

      Pros

      I met some great people there and was able to see lots of animals. I learnt alot about many different animals and gained confidence in my social skills.

      Cons

      The company is very selfish and workers below management status are underpaid. I did alot of hard work and was top of the game, even got multiple 5 star reviews from customers and praised by my leads. However, I got paid minimum and never got a pay increase from working hard for 2 years. it's all about the higher ups profiting as much as they can and not actually managing properly.
