      Solid company with a strong business plan

      Cons

      Was completely sold on the position and its possibilities...several DM changes in 4 years led to confusion and a lack of cohesion amongst the teams.

      Great environment, management was fantastic. Competitive, fun, most employees are really talented.

      Cons

      It can get catty sometimes as it is a commission based job so be ready to put up a fight for customers if it gets slow. Noticeable drop in customer volume after Oct. 2008. It is starting to go back up a little. High turnover rate if you can't handle stress. However you can make really good money if you are a "power groomer". Just be ready to work your little bum off. :)
