Management is simply aweful. As someone with a Bachelor's Degree, I can safely say that the management here is simply not "on the ball."

The management won't protect you like they should. My phone number was leaked, and I was then harassed by a former employee. I work three departments but will never see a raise until my next year mark. Pay is higher than minimum wage, but not enough to survive on compared to hours avaliable. Other employee's that have worked there longer have lost their heart in the job and have become careless. No matter how hard you work, you will not reap benefits.
