Pros

-You get to work with animals -Training the pets/pet parents makes a BIG difference in their lives -Decent work environment -Nice commissions For the most part it's a pleasant place to work as a Trainer. I am treated very well and respectfully.

Cons

-Management doesn't always know what they are doing -Horrible pay -Sales pushes more than actual training -Training for the position could be better Management is pretty forgiving but as other people have said, you don't always get days off that you NEED and hours are spread way too thin.

Pros

Easy job, talk to people, help them out with their questions. Upper management (Store manager and operations manager) are normally awesome and knowledgeable.

Cons

Hours kept on being cut for the whole store. Working the trucks in the early morning/night is physically tough and can be boring.

Pros

-Helping out customers with their needs is satisfying because you can share your knowledge -You learn a lot of new things -The majority of people aren't that bad -Customer relations

Cons

Management is the number one thing that needs to be improved. The managers don't really know what they're doing half the time, yet they're always hasseling associates. There is a lot of favoring, even if you do your job right. The policies are always changing and it's hard to keep up. The company expects a lot from their employees with little reward. The pay isn't great at all. They hire too many people and then spread hours thin. There should be more in store promotions rather than outside hires because some people deserve the promotion more than the new hire.
