      Pros

      There are few great people and seeing dogs at work makes the atmosphere bearable. In theory it's a wonderful place.

      Cons

      It's difficult to get a promotion. Only a few get paid well and insurance is expensive. If you have a bad or difficult manager it can ruin your entire career.

      Unless you drink the Kool-Aid you are not allowed to be yourself or have your own ideas. They glamorize all the buyers and don't give credit where credit is due. The Buyer Techs do ALL the work. The buyers make WAY too much money for what they do (and they are wondering why the are in a current crisis!) There are too many hands in the cookie jar and too many people are involved in simple decisions. The HR team is the WORST possible HR team in the history of any organization. There are no checks and balances and they are the worst offenders of "doing the right thing." I would never look to HR for any sort of guidance. They create postions for the most onscure jobs but can't pay the people who actually do a real job more money
