Bad culture with unrealistic expectations and not enough people to execute
Pros
Good annual bonus incentive plan Unlimited PTO (if you can take it)
Cons
Way too many to list... where do I begin -You're expected to work around the clock 24/7, especially now that we have been working from home. -No work life balance, meetings are continuously being scheduled before and after your "working hours" (working hours don't exist here or at least don't expect to have any). -Good luck trying to step away for a break or even take an hour lunch, you will have meetings scheduled, be bombarded with emails, and messages when you get back. -No support from management, you ask for help and it never comes, or if it comes it may come 6+ months after. -Too many executives involved in projects and giving orders, not enough team members to execute which creates these unrealistic expectations that require you to work 10+ hours daily and you are never caught up. -Decisions take forever as you have to jump through hoops to get input from so many people, no autonomy to make a decision as a Product Manager. -Revolving door of team members, consultants are hired instead of FTE. -All the company cares about is $$ and treats it's employees as if they are just a number, so many good people keep quitting because the expectations are unrealistic and no support is given. -We are expected to go back to work in the Corporate office, does not make sense since we have been working from home 2+ years during the pandemic.
