Pros

If you work hard and show you are willing to put in the time and effort, you can be very successful here. You need to be willing to learn new things and try on different hats.

Cons

Sometimes some of the extremely high up senior executives can be tough to work with. You just have to make sure you do your best to show them you are easy to work with and will put in the effort required to be successful.
