Pros

Decent income once you're there for some years, they're not afraid to pay their employees. Standard benefits. Off weekends for most positions so you're not wasting your life living at work.

Cons

Most likely you're getting laid off. They've had tons of layoffs for many years, they're actually known for it here in Denton, Tx. This is close to robot paced work, it's definitely a little aggressive pace to keep up your whole shift. At least when I was there, you'll only get hired if you're willing to mess your body up working nights. They started communist style forcing us to wear masks, it isn't healthy, makes us more susceptible to getting ill, it's also not constitutional.
