Pros

Paccar makes great products that lead the industry. There's tremendous evidence that this is a great company that provides excellent value to all of it's stakeholders.

Cons

As a publicly traded company, Paccar is driven to meet or exceed the guidance that it provides to the market. Paccar drives hard for results and may not be an appropriate place for people who are less driven for results.
