Pros

There are few, there are some good people who work here. But do not expect much growth aspects

Cons

Management is abusive at times, crass and has no care for its workers. If there is a deadline you will be at work till midnight even if your team has met the deadline and one team in your whole department has not. The pay is low, its far below industry standard and for what you have to deal with at this company its not worth the small pay and terrible health insurance benefits. I would not work here even if I was out of work and have even told friends who were seeking jobs to avoid the place. Management is petty, upper management is childish with the average worker receiving little reward and much scrutiny.
