Pros

Some of the greatest people i have ever worked with. This company has pride in its product. There is plenty of opportunity for growth with the fairly consistent turnover.

Cons

Work life balance can be skewed. The systems are archaic and cause most of the frustrations that you deal with day to day.

Pros

Job security and pension. Very rigorous in their processes and procedures.

Cons

Salary is low and set at the at or below average. Low tech. Bureaucratic. Slow. Ingrained. Incestuous. Require advanced degree for professional advancement which is not necessary in their environment or business.
