Pros

Great company to work for. Get to learn without a lot of micro-managing. Flex time if you work at division (for some departments)

Cons

Older systems that are not really user friendly. Uniform for plant employees not my favorite aspect. Division employees wear dress clothes.

Pros

Good benefits, good pay. Made some good freinds.

Cons

Fast pace, very little break time especially if you are behind, plan to work through them. No-one helps you catch up, lot of slackers. Work nights for many years, gets old. Takes a toll on your body and especially your feet.
