Pros

Amazing products!! A lot like Mercedes Benz. Every trucker dreams of driving a Peterbilt. So, the products are well known and well respected

Cons

Management tends to micro-manage everything. Very little creativity allowed in any area outside of the truck design area. If you are looking for a creative, fun place to work. This is not the place. Solid business, great products. Boring environment.
