The only con that i can think of is that there are far too many lay offs.

Pros

Good benefits and a pension plan. Work force is loyal and great to work with. Plant employees are loyal and incredible.

Cons

Only 2 weeks of vacation for the 1st 5 years, pay is below market average for exempt employees. Most departments run lean, and you can work as much overtime as you want.
