Pros

Good benefits and a pension plan. Work force is loyal and great to work with. Plant employees are loyal and incredible.

Cons

Only 2 weeks of vacation for the 1st 5 years, pay is below market average for exempt employees. Most departments run lean, and you can work as much overtime as you want.

Pros

Great company to work for. Get to learn without a lot of micro-managing. Flex time if you work at division (for some departments)

Cons

Older systems that are not really user friendly. Uniform for plant employees not my favorite aspect. Division employees wear dress clothes.
