Pros

Just requires many long hours ,but that over time is awesome. It was also very nice getting to know my clients & learning about them. I do miss them & when i see them, they are very sweet.

Cons

There were some in management that need to learn how to manage, without the condescending tone. There are good supervisors there, that would go above & beyond tp help the employees when in need.

Pros

Competitive Pay and benefits. Great time off depending on location / union contract. Great people to work with.

Cons

Shops are run with the bare minimum of technicians and budgets. Time restraints do not allow for proper management or time to complete a lot of repairs that aren't deemed "safety" related. Many devoted employees leave a lot of vacation time unused and not reimbursed because the shop simply is never far enough ahead for them to feel comfortable taking time off and there are no other techs available to fill in.

Pros

I'm excited everyday. It is a rewarding accomplishment. The connection between the kids and myself, puts the parents confident. They are confidence I can transport their children safe.

Cons

I unfortunately have a permanent route only thirty hours, instead of forty. I'm also laid off during summer break.
