Pros
Great People, everyone is very helpful, generous benefits, customer oriented philosophy. In response to the contributor who bashed Steve Goldman, it's not his job to glad hand every employee in the company. It's his job to steer us toward growth and a secure future, so that we all remain employed. Diversification is always a good strategy, especially since oil is shrinking as the preferred method of home heating on Long Island .

winters can be rough. Be prepared to do lots of OT to service customers
