None that I can think of....

Cons

They work you to death, tons of needless paperwork, responsible for high grooming sales goals, little hours to give employees. The company has no sense of direction. Managers are blamed for everything that goes wrong, bonus system is rigged against management.

Most of my coworkers were awesome to work with for most part and the ones who weren't were gotten rid of fairly quickly to avoid a toxic work environment.

Cons

Wish the pay could be a little higher but other than that I really enjoyed working there.

Im so tired and in pain, i really can't think of any pros, seriously. Maybe i'll edit this later if i can remember anything.

Cons

-Rarely get to work with animals other than feeding and upkeep. -Micromanaging management -Stores don't hire enough people, I guess due to budget so you will get burnt out quickly. -No matter what position you are expect to do both Management work and associate work, just expect it. It may not happen to you, but be prepared
