Pay was not explained well in interviews I say explain but in reality was intentional cover up with quick and confusing explanation. 2 week after i received my paycheck it was obvious what the scam was. The company is for lazy groomers that don’t like to work and call in all the time . No power groomers can’t stay there . They have a method of hourly and commission. It’s not hourly vs commission . It’s a trick were they pay you your hours at a 15 an hour fake overtime and they throw the lowest left over as commission. So basically you grooming your behind off for basically for 15 an hour no matted if you do 8 dogs with deshed and big dogs at the end your commission is about 100 in 35 hours . It’s a joke as soon I saw my paycheck I realized the deceive and tactic. If you are not awaken mentally you will fall for it . I ask for my 2 week same day I got my paycheck and understood the withhold of information. The should be ashamed of how ridiculous they stand for money hungry rich losers . They will always have the lazy not too bright employees.
